supplied
mostly

appliances
manufacturers

professionals
in
the
automobile
spare
parts
sector.
With
the
entrance
of
the
founder’s
sons,
Stelios
&
Manolis
Kleidis,
the
company
expanded
to
a
much
wider
range of applications, decisively upgrading its machinery and achieving specialized expertise.
The
third
generation
made
its
appearance
with
the
activation
of
Charidimos
Kleidis
–
founder’s
grandson
–
in
the
company,
providing
a
brand-new
boost
to
the
methods
of
production,
quality
control
and
organization, always aiming at manufacturing the best possible products.
At
present,
our
company
is
on
a
steady,
uninterrupted
progress
as
to
the
means
of
production
and
it
is
equipped
with
state-of-the-art
CNC
and
conventional
coiling
and
wire-forming
machines,
as
well
as
machining
equipment
and
quality
control
processes.
In
this
way,
we
efficiently
meet
the
modern-day
industrial
demands
and
guarantee
the
quality
and
reliability
of
our
applications.
As
a
result,
our
cooperation
with
manufacturers,
both
domestic
and
abroad,
is
constantly
expanding

COMPRESSION SPRINGS
Usual applications in marine equipment,
vibration damping systems, medical
equipment, defense applications,
agricultural equipment.
TENSION SPRINGS
Usual applications in hand tools, office and
catering equipment, garage doors, home
appliances, machinery.
TORSION SPRINGS & WIRE FORMS
Usual applications in automotive industry ,
mechanical equipment, key locks, and rotary
switches.
ADDITIONAL TREATMENTS
All
springs
and
wire-forms
are
being
subjected
to
heat
treatment
in
order
to
achieve
strain
smoothing,
procedures
of
shaping
and
grinding
of
the
edges
are
implemented,
as
well
as
other
techniques
related
to
the
improvement
of
performance
or
the
protection
from weather conditions.
PRODUCTION
Material
diameter
ranging
between
0.25
mm
and
6.0
mm
for
large
quantities
and
up
to
10.0
mm
for
smaller
quantities, based on client’s sample or design.
QUALITY CONTROL
Measurement
and
registering
of
dimensions,
forces
and overall spring behavior on every occasion.
PROTOTYPE DESIGN
Design
&
development
of
prototypes
for
new
applications,
according
to
the
client’s
needs,
using
specialized
software
and
deploying
our
long
experience on the field.
All raw materials used are exclusively of European origin and usually comprise of spring steel by ΕΝ 10270-1 standards
and stainless steel by ΕΝ 10088-3 standards.
Should the application require it, alloys of brass, nickel or other special materials can be used.
